Required skills:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience
  • Experience in managing min. 10-person software development team
  • Practical knowledge of standards and methodologies for conducting projects (AgilePM, PMBok, Prince2) and tools for supporting project management (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
  • Knowledge of IT standards and tools related to software development
  • Higher education with a profile in IT or related field
  • Experience working with business; the ability to understand and use the language of benefits and business justification
  • Advanced skills related to budgeting projects, creating schedules, and reporting
  • Ability to properly decompose tasks between the project team, the supplier, and the client
  • Certification in project management

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT system development and implementation with a particular focus on ERP, CRM and billing systems

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of projects within the allotted time and budget
  • Creation and supervision of backlog execution 
  • Project risk management
  • Monitoring progress, work results, and key aspects of the project in a measurable way
  • Creation of comprehensive project documentation
  • Maintaining good relations with all parties involved in the project
  • Negotiating with clients
