Required skills:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience
  • Higher education with a profile in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related
  • Ability to understand business needs and build rapport with business representatives for proposed IT environment changes
  • Ability to write documentation for business and system, including modeling and optimizing business processes
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN notation, UML (1.4 version or higher), CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
  • Ability to prepare test scenarios for acceptance tests, verify with end users, and support acceptance testing by developing concepts, assumptions, and operational principles for new products and services
  • Experience in developing requirements for solutions for various system classes: CRM, billing, ERP, MDM

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the role of Business Analyst or System Analyst in at least 3 IT system implementation projects

      Your daily responsibilities:

      • Conducting business analysis with the Client
      • Active participation in meetings with Clients, including conducting workshops to understand Clients needs and expectations
      • Examination of Client's business processes and identification of areas for improvement or development
      • Identification of key system elements necessary to meet business requirements
